Charter Hall Office Trust ("Owner") holds 100% ownership of an A-Grade commercial office building in the North Sydney CBD at 65 Berry Street ("the building") with street frontages to Berry Street and Denison Street. The building has 97% occupancy. It includes a Child Care Centre on level 1 and 259 car spaces.
The NSW Government ("Sydney Metro") is delivering the Victoria Cross Station on land adjacent to 65 Berry Street at 155-167, 181, 187 and 189 Miller Street. Demolition of existing buildings on these sites is underway. Demolition of a pedestrian bridge over Denison Street from 155-167 Miller to Shopping World is also to take place. These works are scheduled for completion by March 2018.
Essence's role is to manage the complexities of major transformational projects delivered in live operational environments and addressing issues arising from them. Essence's role will be multifunctional as it will include but not limited to reporting, site inspections, meeting attendance, consultant management, contractor management, client management, etc.
